We are looking for our next UX/UI Designer:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related;
  • Previous experience working as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role within a digital or product design environment;
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies;
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision;
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, and Marvel;
  • Strong skills in creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing;
  • Knowledge of UX principles, best practices, and methodologies such as user-centered design, design thinking, and agile UX;
  • Expertise in designing visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces;
  • Experience with creating style guides, UI pattern libraries, and design systems;
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, iconography, and layout principles;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers;
  • Ability to create design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges;
  • Ability to design effective and efficient solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, team members, and clients;
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback from various sources into design iterations;
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to collective design efforts;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple design projects simultaneously;
  • Fluent in English.
