We are looking for our next Scrum Master:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile teams;
- Familiarity with scaling Agile practices in large organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale);
- In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and roles;
- Proficiency in other Agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean, XP);
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar;
- Ability to use collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate communication and documentation;
- Strong facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives);
- Ability to coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices;
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
- Ability to identify impediments and find effective solutions to remove obstacles and improve team productivity;
- Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices;
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks;
- Experience in working closely with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management;
- Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org AND/OR Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
